According to sub-rule (2) of rule 3, the commitment and declaration submitted by the party may be washed by the Commission six months after the decision regarding the registration of the party. However, if there is a complaint or a case in any court regarding party registration, such commitment and declaration will not be canceled until the final decision of such complaint or case.
